Susan brings extensive experience in oncology, CNS, and clinical operations leadership. Before rejoining Syneos Health, she served as Senior Vice President, Project Delivery at ICON plc.
Earlier, she held multiple senior leadership positions at IQVIA, including Senior Vice President, Global Head of Project Leadership, Vice President, Global Therapeutic Area Head Oncology, and Vice President, Global Therapeutic Area Head CNS Project Leadership.
Susan previously spent more than 4 years with Syneos Health Clinical Solutions as Vice President. She also served as Executive Director, Clinical Development Global Oncology at INC Research.
Her professional journey additionally includes leadership roles at Quintiles, Endpoint Research, Strakan/ProStrakan, IQVIA, and Inveresk Clinical Research, building deep expertise across global clinical delivery, oncology research, CNS programs, and therapeutic project management.
