RSM US Integrated Services India is strengthening its presence in the country with new office facilities in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The expansion follows significant workforce growth and is aimed at building specialised teams to support the firm’s global operations.
The company has opened a 100,000 sq ft office at Phoenix Equinox in Hyderabad. Its workforce in the city has grown by nearly 150% over the past 3 years. The new facility will support teams working across consulting, tax, assurance, technology, digital transformation, innovation and business operations.
Technology-enabled workplace in Hyderabad
Inaugurated on October 29, the Hyderabad office is designed around technology and collaboration. It includes smart meeting and learning spaces, along with sensor-based room management systems. The building also holds Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) certification.
“Hyderabad’s talent base and fast-growing technology ecosystem make it a natural home for our next phase of growth,” said Ashokkumar Prabhakar, India leader of RSM US Integrated Services India. He said the company would focus on developing specialised skills, creating career opportunities and helping local teams contribute to its global operations.
Bengaluru expansion reflects wider India growth
RSM also inaugurated a new Bengaluru office during the same week. The firm said its workforce in India had increased by 135% over the past 3 years and had grown nearly 6-fold in less than 5 years across Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
“Our investment in Bengaluru and Hyderabad is not simply about adding space,” said Brian Becker, managing partner of RSM US LLP and CEO of RSM’s Transatlantic Partnership. “It is about creating the environment, skills and connections that allow our teams in India to take on more complex work and contribute more deeply to the firm’s future.”
Focus on middle-market businesses
RSM US Integrated Services India is a subsidiary of RSM US LLP, the US member firm of RSM International, a global network of independent assurance, tax and consulting firms. The network serves growth-oriented middle-market businesses and operates across more than 120 countries.
The company said its investments in Bengaluru and Hyderabad reflect its long-term view of India as a source of talent, innovation and business capabilities.
The expanded India operations will add capacity for the firm’s US assurance, tax and consulting services, with tax, assurance and business operations teams working from the new facilities.
