In her new role, Sara will continue to lead Voi’s global people strategy, culture, and talent initiatives as part of the executive leadership team. Her focus remains aligned with the company’s mission to build sustainable urban mobility solutions and foster a strong, people-first workplace.
Previously, Sara served as Vice President People & Culture at Voi Technology, where she led the function and introduced strategies aimed at enabling employees to thrive. Her contributions have played a significant role in shaping a culture aligned with the company’s purpose of creating greener and healthier cities.
Sara’s journey at Voi reflects steady growth. She has held several leadership roles within the organisation, including Director of HR, Head of HR Operations & Talent Development, and Head of HR Operations. Across these roles, she helped build scalable HR frameworks, strengthen talent development, and enhance employee experience.
Before joining Voi, Sara worked at Visma as Director Business Unit Consulting, where she managed full P&L responsibility for the IT consulting business and led multiple consulting teams. She also served as Director of HR Custom Solutions Sweden, gaining extensive experience in aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Her earlier career includes roles at Kronans Apotek as Senior HR Business Partner, Teleperformance as Staffing Manager for the Nordic region and Recruitment Manager, and AB Stokab as Project Manager.
With this promotion, Voi Technology reinforces its commitment to strengthening leadership in people and culture as it continues to scale its operations.
