Adrienne Donova takes charge as Chief People Officer at Microblink

In her new role, Donova will lead Microblink’s global people strategy, culture, and talent agenda, supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President, Global People & Culture / Head of HR at Microblink for over 4 years. During this time, she played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy amid rapid expansion, strengthening organisational culture, building scalable HR frameworks, and supporting operations across 195+ countries.

Before joining Microblink, Donova spent nearly 8 years at Tapad, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, People / Head of HR. She led the people function through major milestones, including acquisitions by Telenor and later Experian, while building strong HR systems to support global growth and digital identity innovation.

Earlier in her career, Donova worked with ?What If! Innovation, part of Accenture, contributing to people and talent initiatives for growth-focused organisations. She began her HR career at Nyack Union Free School District, where she built foundational experience in human resources operations and employee engagement.

With this appointment, Microblink continues to strengthen its leadership in people and culture as it expands its global footprint.
