Following the announcement of its fourth quarter results for FY26, Infosys has outlined its hiring outlook, signaling continued investment in talent.

Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka said on Thursday that the company plans to hire 20,000 freshers in FY27. The announcement comes as the company reported steady financial growth and maintained workforce scale.

The Bengaluru-headquartered IT services firm reported a 20.8% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 8,501 crore in the January–March quarter of FY26. This marks a rise from Rs 7,033 crore reported during the same period in FY25.
