Effective April 1, 2026, Saly will lead the company’s Vietnam operations, with a focus on strengthening client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth in a fast-evolving Southeast Asian market.
Nguyen joined TMF Group in 2022 as Director and has since played an important role in supporting the company’s expansion in the region. She has contributed to enhancing operational frameworks and improving service delivery standards in Vietnam, helping strengthen the firm’s client offerings.
Before joining TMF Group, she spent nearly 10 years at Talentnet Corporation as Associate Director. During this time, she built strong expertise in HR consulting, talent advisory, and workforce solutions, working closely with organizations to align people strategies with business goals.
Earlier in her career, Nguyen worked as a Manager at KPMG Vietnam. There, she developed a solid foundation in advisory services and client engagement, gaining experience in handling complex business environments.
With over 15 years of experience, Nguyen brings a well-rounded perspective across consulting, advisory, and global business services. Her promotion reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership and positions her to lead TMF Vietnam’s next phase of growth.
