Melinda will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on culture, employee experience, talent acquisition, and career development as the company continues to expand its market presence.
Ms. Vedder brings over 20 years of experience in building people-first cultures and high-performing teams. In her previous role, she played a key part in scaling a fast-growing technology organization from 125 to more than 3,000 employees. During this period of rapid global growth, she managed a workforce across 15 countries while maintaining strong employee retention levels.

In her new role, Vedder will oversee key initiatives that support the company’s ongoing growth. This includes enhancing the employee experience to attract top talent and building strong skill development programs for its global workforce.
