Novartis India has appointed Rahul Vijayvargiya as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With more than 20 years of experience across the pharmaceuticals, retail, and healthcare sectors, Rahul brings extensive expertise in human resources, talent management, organizational development, and people strategy.
Before joining Novartis India, Rahul held senior HR leadership roles at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., Reliance Retail (Pharma), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group (Retail Business), Future Group India, and Shoppers Stop. He began his professional journey as a Human Resources Consultant at Ma Foi Randstad.
Throughout his career, Rahul has played a key role in building people strategies, strengthening talent management, and driving organizational development across leading organizations.
