
In her new role, Ankita will help shape workforce strategy and organisation design initiatives aimed at supporting McCormick’s ongoing growth, transformation, and business priorities across global markets.
Before joining McCormick & Company, she spent nearly 4 years with HSBC, where she held a series of people consulting and HR leadership positions. Most recently, she served as People Business Consultant for Group Infrastructure and also led HR consulting initiatives for Wealth & Personal Banking and Global Functions in India.
During her tenure at HSBC, she worked closely with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and people transformation initiatives.
Prior to HSBC, Ankita spent close to a decade with PwC as Associate Director – People, Strategy, Products. In this role, she developed deep expertise in people strategy, organizational transformation, workforce planning, HR consulting, and business-focused talent solutions. Her work involved helping organizations align workforce capabilities with long-term business objectives while navigating evolving workplace and talent challenges.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Usha International as Deputy Manager, where she gained experience in human resources, employee engagement, and business-aligned people practices.
She also completed a summer internship with DLF Pramerica Life Insurance, contributing to projects focused on HR policies and process mapping.
With extensive experience across workforce strategy, HR consulting, organizational design, and talent transformation, Ankita brings a strong blend of consulting and corporate leadership expertise to her new role. Her appointment reflects McCormick & Company’s continued focus on building future-ready workforce capabilities and strengthening organizational effectiveness to support long-term growth.
