JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (J2W) reinforces its leadership team as the company advances its vision of becoming an AI-first enterprise solutions provider for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and global enterprises.
In his new role, Tushar will lead the company’s AI-powered managed services growth strategy, helping organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-driven transformation. He will also be responsible for building J2W’s AI-first Sales Center of Excellence, designed to help modern sales organizations leverage intelligence, automation, and data-driven insights at scale.
The appointment highlights JoulestoWatts’ focus on strengthening its growth strategy as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-led operating models. The company expects Kamat’s experience in enterprise technology, automation, business transformation, and revenue growth to support its next phase of expansion.
Prior to joining JoulestoWatts, Kamat served as Chief Business Officer at Bizongo. During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling multiple business lines, expanding the company’s Supply Chain Financing business, driving profitability improvements, and helping secure Series E funding. He also led the development of a B2B Commerce business and leveraged AI-powered technologies to enhance customer acquisition and growth strategies.
Earlier, he headed the India business at Automation Anywhere, where he led the adoption of cognitive automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI solutions across enterprises, government organizations, financial institutions, and GCCs. His leadership contributed significantly to the company’s expansion during a period of rapid digital transformation.
Before Automation Anywhere, Kamat served as Managing Director at Accenture, leading large-scale digital transformation programs across sectors including consumer goods, retail, automotive, life sciences, travel, and industrial businesses. He worked closely with clients to integrate consulting, technology, and outsourcing capabilities to drive business outcomes.
He also held senior leadership positions at Airtel Business, including Chief Executive Officer, and spent more than 8 years at SAP, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Head – Enterprise Business, Key Accounts & Strategic Customer Program.
With nearly 30 years of experience across enterprise technology, automation, digital transformation, managed services, business development, and customer growth, Kamat brings deep commercial and technology expertise to JoulestoWatts. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to combining AI-native capabilities with industry expertise to deliver value for enterprise customers.
