In this new role, Carolin will help drive the company’s people strategy across some of its most important global markets. She now oversees HR operations supporting approximately 52,000 employees across 63 countries and leads a team of 470 HR professionals.

Carolin has been with Siemens Healthineers for more than 10 years and has held a range of senior HR leadership roles with increasing global responsibilities. Most recently, she served as SVP and Head of Human Resources for EMEA, where she led HR operations across multiple countries and worked closely with regional leadership teams on workforce and organizational strategy.

In addition to her regional leadership responsibilities, she previously served as Global HR Transformation Program Lead for Human-Centric Collaboration. In this role, she led global initiatives focused on hybrid work models, employee flexibility, workplace transformation, leadership effectiveness, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

She also played a key role during Siemens Healthineers’ acquisition of Varian, serving as Global Head of HR Integration. In that capacity, she oversaw talent retention, organizational design, culture alignment, and global integration efforts following the acquisition.

Before joining the company’s senior leadership team, Carolin held several global HR business partner positions supporting diagnostic imaging and digital health businesses. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership and graduate program roles within Siemens and gained additional experience through an internship assignment in the United Kingdom and a student HR role at Bosch.

Her expanded mandate reflects Siemens Healthineers’ confidence in her leadership as the company continues to strengthen its global workforce strategy across multiple regions.
