
In this role, Johnson will lead product strategy and drive innovation to expand the company’s impact in making food care and access a core part of healthcare delivery in the United States.
Johnson brings deep experience in product leadership and digital health innovation, built over a career across leading global technology and healthcare platforms. Most recently, he took a brief career break focused on personal growth, advisory work, and mentoring emerging product leaders, strengthening his strategic perspective.
Prior to this, he served as Strategic Advisor to the CEO & Product Team at Inflow, where he guided product strategy, organizational design, and scaling efforts.
A major part of his career was at Headspace, where he progressed from Lead Product Manager to Senior Vice President of Product and Interim Chief Product Officer over nearly 8 years. During this time, he led large-scale product transformation, expanding Headspace into a comprehensive digital health platform offering therapy, coaching, and AI-driven experiences. He also played a key role in its merger with Ginger.
Earlier, Johnson was part of the founding growth team at Spotify as Lead Product Manager – Growth, contributing to scaling the platform from 5 million to 70 million paid subscribers through product innovation and partnerships.
His career also includes roles at Electronic Arts as Senior Product Manager and Monitor Deloitte as Strategy Consultant, where he built strong expertise in product development, user engagement, and strategic growth.
With extensive experience across digital health and technology, Johnson is set to strengthen Foodsmart’s product vision and innovation roadmap.
