Ruhi Sharma joins Avaada Group to lead talent acquisition for renewable energy growth

In her new role, Ruhi will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Avaada Group’s renewable energy business. She will oversee recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and team leadership to support the company’s growth across solar, green hydrogen, battery storage, and energy transition businesses.

Before joining Avaada Group, Ruhi served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Jakson Green. During her tenure, she managed hiring across renewable energy sectors including solar, wind EPC, green hydrogen, desalination, and EV manufacturing. She also led large-scale corporate and site-level hiring initiatives aligned with rapidly growing business needs.

Earlier, Ruhi worked at ReNew as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, supporting hiring across solar, green hydrogen, and carbon credits businesses.

Her professional journey additionally includes HR and recruitment leadership roles at Jubilant Generics, Naari Pharma, Naukri.com, and Phi Resource Management Services. Across these organizations, she developed strong expertise in recruitment planning, stakeholder engagement, business HR, training and development, and strategic workforce management.

With more than 17 years of experience across renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and recruitment consulting, Ruhi brings extensive talent leadership experience to Avaada Group’s growing clean energy ecosystem.
