Marking a significant career milestone in her 7-year journey with the global financial institution, in her new role, Arshi will focus on HR reporting, workforce analytics, and business insights to support leadership decision-making.
Her responsibilities include analyzing workforce trends, KPIs, headcount data, and people metrics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency.
Before taking on this position, Arshi held multiple roles at Citi, including Senior Business Analyst – PMO Governance and Business Management, Business Specialist, and Human Resources Analyst. Through these positions, she built extensive experience across HR analytics, governance, reporting, business management, and people operations.
Earlier in her career, Arshi worked on HR assignments with HDFC Bank, World Resources Institute, Crossover Catalyst, and Yellowbox HR Services. These roles helped her develop expertise in recruitment, competency mapping, and social sector hiring.
