Acquelia brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience, with a strong track record in driving people transformation and aligning HR strategies with business goals across global organisations.
Before joining XBP Global, she held senior HR leadership roles at Tesco Business Solutions and Tesco Bengaluru. There, she played a key role in scaling global capability centres, driving workforce transformation, and enhancing employee experience across large and diverse teams.
Earlier, she worked at Infosys, contributing to large-scale workforce management, HR business partnering, and leadership development across global delivery environments.
She also held roles at IBM Global Process Services, where she built expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organisational effectiveness across multi-geography operations.
Throughout her career, Acquelia has demonstrated strong capabilities in building leadership pipelines, enabling high-performance cultures, and aligning people strategy with business priorities.
Her appointment reflects XBP Global’s continued focus on strengthening its people strategy to support rapid global growth.
