In this role, Apurva will lead end-to-end HR strategy along with corporate communications. His focus will be on aligning people practices with business growth, strengthening organisational culture, and enhancing stakeholder engagement across global operations.
Prior to this, Apurva served as Principal Consultant at HR Anexi, where he led organisational diagnostics, HR strategy design, and performance management initiatives to align talent frameworks with business goals and drive engagement-led transformation.
He also worked independently through PAAS Interventions, delivering HR advisory, coaching, and mentoring services to SMEs and NGOs, building agile and scalable HR systems.
Earlier, Apurva was Head of Human Resources at Chembond Chemicals Limited. There, he led HR and employee relations, driving initiatives in talent management, training and development, performance systems, and statutory compliance while strengthening leadership capability.
Before that, as Deputy General Manager – HR at Gharda Chemicals Limited, he played a key role in large-scale HR interventions across manufacturing plants. His work included performance appraisals, workforce planning, succession planning, and union negotiations, while supporting business expansion.
His earlier leadership roles include Head HR positions at Biostadt India Limited and Indian Register of Shipping, where he led learning and development, leadership pipeline creation, employee engagement, and HR transformation programs.
Apurva began his career with organisations such as A.T.E. Group, K Raheja Corp, and Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd, building a strong foundation in HR development, performance management, and corporate HR operations.
