VIP Industries Limited has appointed Narayan Saraf as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its senior leadership team as the company advances its growth and business transformation plans.
In his new role, Narayan will oversee the company’s financial strategy, including corporate finance, financial planning, governance, compliance, capital allocation, and financial performance. His appointment adds experienced finance leadership as VIP Industries continues to strengthen its operations, portfolio, and presence across domestic and international markets.
Narayan brings extensive experience in strategic finance, corporate governance, financial planning, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and value creation. During his career, he has worked with organizations including JB Pharma, Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL), Thermo Fisher Scientific, PharmEasy, and Cipla.
Across these roles, he has contributed to business and financial transformation initiatives covering growth strategy, corporate finance, M&A, governance, investor engagement, operational excellence, and financial planning. His experience working closely with business leadership teams has given him a combination of strategic and execution-focused finance expertise.
At VIP Industries, Narayan will support the company’s strategic priorities through disciplined financial management and capital allocation while strengthening governance and sustainable value creation.
His appointment comes as VIP Industries continues to build on its established position in the luggage and travel categories, while evolving its portfolio to respond to changing consumer preferences.
