JLL India has promoted Nishant Kabra as Managing Director, Bengaluru, expanding his leadership responsibilities across one of the company’s key real estate markets.
In his new role, he will oversee JLL’s operations across all business lines in Bengaluru while continuing as Managing Director – Investment Sales and Debt Advisory, India within the Capital Markets business.
Nishant brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 16 years with JLL. His expertise spans institutional capital markets, investment sales, debt advisory, strategic partnerships, transaction management, client relationships, and market development.
In his existing role, Nishant leads JLL’s institutional capital markets platform in India. He advises global and domestic investors, developers, and financial institutions on investment sales, strategic joint ventures, structured capital solutions, and debt advisory across office, retail, logistics, residential, and alternative assets.
He also works with sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, pension funds, and other institutional investors on cross-border capital flows into India.
During his long tenure at JLL, Nishant has held several leadership positions, including Senior Director, Local Director, Associate Director, Assistant Vice President, and Manager – Investment Services. These roles have given him extensive experience in transaction execution, capital strategy, market development, and client advisory.
Before joining JLL, Nishant worked with CB Richard Ellis as Manager – Transaction Management Group, where he developed his foundation in commercial real estate advisory and transaction management.
His expanded mandate comes as JLL focuses on strengthening its leadership in Bengaluru and advancing its Accelerate 2030 strategy, which aims to empower senior talent to drive growth across key markets.
Nishant holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from ICFAI Business School.
