In this new role, Sandeep will help drive the firm’s strategic priorities, strengthen coordination across practices and offices, deepen client relationships, and support innovation and business growth initiatives.
The firm stated that Trilegal will continue to be led by its partnership, with the Management Committee and the Board retaining responsibility for strategic direction and governance.
Ghosh brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across global banking, financial services, consumer, and advisory sectors. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built client-focused businesses, and driven operational excellence across multi-market environments.
Most recently, he served as Group Country Manager, India and South Asia at Visa. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior leadership positions at EY, AXA, ANZ, and Citi.
