Based in Hyderabad, Bhavani will lead talent strategy, organizational development, leadership hiring, employee engagement, and HR transformation efforts aligned with Mattel India’s global business vision.
Before joining Mattel, she spent over 6 years at TriNet as Country People Partner, where she played a key role in establishing the HR function for a SaaS-based HCM product organization in India. Her experience also includes setting up a Global Capability Center, driving workforce scaling, shaping regional HR strategy, and leading operational excellence initiatives.
Bhavani also brings leadership experience from organizations such as Genesys, Cognizant, and Bank of America.
