With nearly 30 years of experience across data centres, cloud computing, telecommunications, managed services, enterprise technology, and digital transformation, Paresh joins Redington at a time when organizations are increasing investments in artificial intelligence, cloud, colocation, edge computing, cybersecurity, and sustainable digital infrastructure.
In his new role, he will lead Redington’s data centre growth strategy, focusing on strengthening partnerships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and ecosystem stakeholders. He will also work on expanding market opportunities across enterprise and service provider segments, driving innovation, and creating long-term value for customers and partners.
Prior to joining Redington, Paresh served as Chief Executive Officer of Syntel by Arvind and Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Private Limited. During his tenure, he led strategic transformation initiatives, business expansion programs, and growth strategies across telecommunications and enterprise connectivity services.
Before his CEO roles, he served as President – Sales at CtrlS Datacenters & Cloud4C Services, where he was responsible for global sales, colocation services, cloud business expansion, strategic alliances, and technology partnerships. His leadership contributed significantly to the company’s growth and market presence in the data centre and cloud services sector.
Earlier in his career, Paresh held senior leadership positions at Vodafone Idea Limited and Idea Cellular, where he led enterprise business growth, managed strategic corporate accounts, and expanded cloud, data centre, connectivity, and enterprise technology solutions across India.
He also spent more than a decade with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HP) across India and Asia-Pacific, leading enterprise business operations, commercial sales, imaging and graphics businesses, and market expansion initiatives.
His professional journey also includes roles at Xerox, L&T Technology Services, Newgen Software, and Communication Links, where he built expertise in enterprise technology, sales leadership, product management, and customer engagement.
With extensive experience in business growth, strategic partnerships, and technology-led transformation, Paresh is expected to play a key role in advancing Redington’s data centre strategy and supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
