Expanding her leadership responsibilities at Amazon, Preeti Tiwari has taken on the role of HR Leader for EU Prime & Marketing. In this position, she will lead the people strategy for Amazon’s Prime and Marketing organizations across Europe, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability building, and business growth.

Preeti has been associated with Amazon for nearly 10 years and has built a strong track record of leading large-scale people initiatives across diverse geographies and business functions. Before assuming her new role, she served as Principal HR, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic people priorities and organizational success across key business areas.

Prior to that, she was Benefits Operations Leader – EMEA, Latin America and Canada, where she led teams managing employee benefits operations, implementation, governance, compliance, and employee experience across multiple regions. Her work focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and developing scalable employee-centric solutions while aligning business and compliance requirements.

Earlier in her Amazon journey, Preeti held the positions of Senior Manager HR and HR Manager, leading HR functions for large customer service operations in India. She played a key role in shaping HR strategy, talent management, inclusion and diversity initiatives, leadership coaching, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design. She also supported Amazon’s Inclusion and Diversity agenda while working with thousands of employees across multiple locations.

Before joining Amazon, Preeti spent more than 6 years with Schlumberger, where she held several leadership positions, including HR Enablement Champion, HR Manager – Vietnam & Myanmar, HR Manager – Myanmar, and Assistant Manager HR. During this period, she gained extensive international experience in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, change management, compliance, talent development, and HR transformation.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Amdocs as Senior Compensation Analyst, supporting compensation and benefits strategies across India, APAC, and China. She also held HR roles at Eureka Forbes Ltd. and JSW Steel, building expertise in compensation, talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development.

With more than 20 years of experience across technology, e-commerce, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors, Preeti brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and global people management. Her appointment reflects Amazon’s continued focus on strengthening leadership talent as it advances customer-centric operations and growth initiatives across Europe.
