Bupa has appointed Mukesh Gulati as Head of Recruitment – Bupa Capability Centre (BCC) India, bringing experience across talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, leadership hiring and recruitment function development.
Gulati joins Bupa from NAB, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition. Earlier, as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, he established and led the Talent Acquisition function, developed recruitment frameworks and worked with senior leadership on workforce growth initiatives.
Before NAB, Gulati was Talent Acquisition Lead at Siemens, where he managed recruitment across multiple business functions, including Siemens Energy, Siemens Logistics and Finance Assurance.
His career also includes several years with Mancer Consulting Services, where he held leadership positions across recruitment and talent consulting. His responsibilities included managing key client portfolios and assignments covering talent landscaping, compensation benchmarking and recruitment strategy.
Across these roles, Gulati has built experience in recruitment operations, leadership hiring, workforce planning and developing scalable talent acquisition frameworks. He has also worked closely with business and senior leadership teams to support organisational hiring requirements.
At Bupa, his new role will focus on recruitment for the Bupa Capability Centre in India. The position brings together his experience in talent acquisition leadership and building recruitment structures within a capability-centre environment.
Gulati’s appointment adds another chapter to his career in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience across healthcare, banking, technology and consulting-related environments.
