Yadav brings around 20 years of extensive experience in leading large-scale global operations and transformation programs across multiple industries. His expertise spans Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), digital transformation, AI, analytics, operational excellence and strategic business transformation, making him well positioned to lead ManpowerGroup’s global business services agenda.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, Yadav spent more than 7 years at Philips, where he held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as SVP, Head of Enterprise Transformation (CoE) & Global Capability Centers (GCC), leading enterprise transformation initiatives with nearly 1,000 associates while overseeing Philips’ capability centers across 6 global locations with a workforce of approximately 5,000 associates.
Earlier, as SVP, Head of Global Business Services, he led global teams across finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, IT, analytics and master data. He also spearheaded digital transformation initiatives powered by AI, machine learning, hyper-automation and advanced analytics, delivering significant productivity gains and business impact.
Prior to Philips, Yadav served as Managing Director, India (GCC Leader) at Decision Resources Group (DRG), where he established and scaled global capability centers supporting research, analytics, consulting and technology services for pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. He also held leadership roles at Novartis, Hewlett-Packard, Capital One, Symphony Marketing Solutions and GE Capital, gaining extensive experience in outsourcing, offshoring strategy, customer operations, process transformation and large-scale service delivery.
In his new role at ManpowerGroup, Yadav will focus on driving operational excellence, accelerating digital transformation and strengthening the company’s global service delivery capabilities to support the evolving future of work.
