Tikhe brings nearly 20 years of experience across Global Capability Centers (GCCs), multinational corporations, and startup environments. Throughout her career, she has built expertise in talent management, organizational development, workforce transformation, employee engagement, HR digitalization, capability building, and people strategy.
Her appointment comes at a time when organizations are increasingly focusing on building agile workforces, enhancing employee experiences, and strengthening talent capabilities to support long-term business growth.
Before joining Kraft Heinz GCC India, Tikhe held several leadership and advisory roles across prominent organizations. Her professional journey includes positions at Allstate India, Nuvolo, Zensar Technologies, Suzlon Group, Randstad, and Black & Veatch, where she contributed to a wide range of human resources and organizational transformation initiatives.
Over the years, she has worked closely with business leaders to drive people-centric strategies, support organizational change, develop talent frameworks, and build high-performing teams across diverse business environments.
With her extensive experience across people leadership and workforce transformation, Tikhe is expected to play a key role in advancing Kraft Heinz GCC India’s people agenda and strengthening its talent ecosystem as the organization continues to grow its operations and global capabilities footprint.
