Tandon will lead the company’s HR strategy, with a focus on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and building a high-performance culture aligned with its growth across advanced electronics manufacturing and engineering.
Before joining Kaynes Technology, Tandon served as Group Head HR at Vadilal Industries Limited. There, he led large-scale transformation initiatives, including redesigning HR SOPs in line with board-level strategy. He also played a key role in onboarding CXO leadership, driving HR digital transformation, and strengthening performance and productivity frameworks.
Earlier, he was CHRO at Heritage Foods Limited, where he managed HR strategy for a workforce of over 6,000 employees across on-roll and off-roll roles. His responsibilities included talent acquisition, leadership development, HR operations, digital transformation, and performance management across a diverse business ecosystem.
Tandon has also worked with Meritor as Head – Talent Management (India & APAC) & DGM HR for JV Operations. In this role, he led talent and leadership frameworks across the region and supported functions such as operations, sales, and marketing.
He has held key HR roles at JK Organisation and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, contributing to corporate HR strategy, industrial relations, and transformation initiatives. Early in his career, he gained experience in HR operations and capability development through leadership roles in a World Bank joint venture.
With over 20 years of experience, Tandon brings deep expertise in HR leadership, organizational development, and transformation across multi-industry environments.
He has completed a Business Leadership Program from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and holds an MBA in HR & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.
