JLL Business Services (JBS) has inaugurated a 120,000 sq. ft. Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, strengthening its operations and delivery capabilities in one of India’s fastest-growing GCC markets.
Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Minister for Information Technology, Electronics, Communications, Industries & Commerce, and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, inaugurated the facility as Chief Guest.
The Minister said, “For years, JLL has been the compass guiding global companies towards the right investment destinations. Today, that compass points to Hyderabad, and for good reason. In the last 20 months, Telangana has welcomed nearly 150 Global Capability Centres, creating over 1.5 lakh high-value technology jobs. At a time when AI, automation and global restructuring are reshaping the technology industry, our GCC strategy is designed to future-proof employment by creating the jobs of tomorrow. While technology companies across the world are restructuring and consolidating their traditional IT operations, Hyderabad continues to demonstrate that innovation-led GCCs are a powerful engine for investment, resilience and high-value job creation.”
Located across 2 floors at the Prestige Sky Tech building in Hyderabad’s Financial District, the facility is JBS’s 2nd hub in India after Gurugram. It is expected to scale to 1,600 employees over the next 2 years.

JBS provides services across finance, HR, project management, lease administration, advanced analytics, technology-enabled solutions, advisory, and business process optimisation across 6 countries.

Hyderabad accounted for 16% of India’s GCC leasing activity between 2024 and mid-2026, while GCCs represented 42% of the city’s office leasing activity. Financial services and insurance accounted for 34.5% of GCC activity, followed by technology at 23.2%, healthcare and biotech at 17%, and engineering R&D at 12.1%.
The facility features a “Layers of Hyderabad” design inspired by the city’s architecture, landscape, crafts, and cityscape. It also includes wheelchair-accessible infrastructure, height-adjustable workstations, wellness and medical rooms, natural lighting, biophilic elements, flexible collaboration areas, integrated AV systems, and a cafeteria that can function as a town hall. The LEED-certified centre is designed to support employee wellbeing, inclusivity, and hybrid working.
