Expanding its premium tablet lineup, Huawei has launched the new MatePad Pro Max globally with a slim 4.7mm design, a large 13.2-inch display, and a 10,400mAh battery. The company says the tablet is designed to focus on productivity, portability, and entertainment.
The MatePad Pro Max features a 13.2-inch flexible OLED PaperMatte display with 3000 x 2000 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 1,600 nits peak brightness, and a 94% screen-to-body ratio. Select variants also include Huawei’s anti-glare PaperMatte finish.
The tablet comes with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, and runs on HarmonyOS 4.3. Huawei has not yet revealed the chipset powering the device.
For photography, the tablet includes a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 12-megapixel front camera. It also packs 6 speakers tuned with Huawei Sound and 4 microphones for multimedia and communication features.
Huawei has equipped the MatePad Pro Max with PC-style WPS Office tools and Live-Multitask support, allowing users to run up to 3 app windows simultaneously. The device also supports AI-powered features in Huawei Notes, including file importing, handwriting refinement, and handwritten equation solving.
The tablet supports accessories such as the Huawei Glide Keyboard and Huawei M-Pencil Pro stylus. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, USB Type-C, OTG, and NearLink support.
The global model packs a 10,400mAh battery, while the EU variant carries a 9,760mAh battery. It supports 66W fast charging and wired reverse charging up to 40W.
Pricing for the MatePad Pro Max starts at EUR 1,399 (around Rs. 1,57,100) and goes up to EUR 1,649 (around Rs. 1,85,100), depending on the storage and accessory bundle.
