In her new role, Christy will head the Sourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE), focusing on building high-performance teams and adopting advanced sourcing technologies to address the changing global talent landscape.
Christy brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing leadership across banking, technology, and healthcare sectors. Before joining HSBC, she served as Talent Acquisition Leader at Delta Technology Hub, where she led strategic hiring programs and developed scalable recruitment frameworks to support business expansion.
Earlier, she worked at Standard Chartered in multiple leadership roles, including Associate Vice President – Resourcing (Global Talent Research) and Senior Manager – Resourcing. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening global talent research operations and leading sourcing initiatives across regions.
Christy also spent more than 4 years at Novo Nordisk as Manager – Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment for specialized functions such as finance, legal, and corporate strategy while building talent pipelines for niche positions.
Her professional journey further includes leadership roles at Capgemini, where she managed large-scale recruitment operations and high-volume hiring programs. She also had a long tenure at IBM, progressing through multiple recruitment and sourcing roles that strengthened her expertise in talent management.
Christy began her career at Fidelity Investments as a sourcing specialist, laying the foundation for her extensive experience in recruitment and workforce strategy.
She holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.
