Hexaware strengthens its leadership team as the company expands its focus on AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application modernization.
Subramaniam brings more than 28 years of experience in scaling digital and application services businesses. In his new role, he will lead Hexaware’s global revenue strategy and drive growth initiatives across the company’s digital and software operations.
Before joining Hexaware, Subramaniam spent nearly 2 decades at HCLTech, where he held several senior leadership positions across global digital and application services businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Modern Application Services, overseeing global practices focused on AI-native application development, AI-assisted modernization, intelligent quality engineering, digital integration, and automation.
Earlier at HCLTech, Subramaniam worked as Vice President – Digital Business Services, leading global delivery operations for financial services clients. During this period, he played a major role in scaling enterprise engagements, incubating healthcare accounts, and driving revenue growth through digital, analytics, and cloud-led solutions.
He also served as Associate Vice President – Global Head of GCP, where he built a global cloud ecosystem practice in partnership with Google. In another leadership role as Delivery Partner, he managed large-scale transformation programs with complete P&L responsibility, delivering operational efficiencies and business growth across multiple regions.
Prior to HCLTech, Subramaniam held leadership roles at Infosys Limited, Intel Corporation, and HP Inc., building expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale application development.
