In this role, she will lead regional talent strategy, HR capability building, organizational development, leadership growth and people transformation initiatives.
Dr. Çalışkan brings over 20 years of global experience in HR, talent management, and organizational development. Before joining Bureau Veritas, she served as Head of Group Talent Development at IFFCO Group, where she led enterprise-wide talent development strategies and strengthened leadership capability frameworks.
Prior to that, she spent nearly 7 years with GE, holding several senior HR leadership roles including Head of Organization and Talent Development – Middle East Turkey Africa, Regional Director – HR Compliance, and Regional Director – Organization & Talent Development. During her tenure, Dr. Çalışkan drove talent strategy, inclusion and diversity, leadership development, compliance, localization, performance evolution, and HR capability building across complex global markets.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Çalışkan held HR leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Microsoft, KRM Management Consulting, and Turksped International Transports. Across these roles, she developed strong expertise in organizational transformation, talent management, HR business partnership, executive search, employee engagement, and strategic people leadership.
With deep international exposure and strong leadership experience, Dr. Çalışkan brings significant capability to drive talent and organizational transformation across the region.
