HCLTech has elevated Bhavna Kapur to Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Customer Experience, recognising her extensive experience in strategic marketing, brand communications, customer experience and business transformation. She brings more than 29 years of professional experience to the expanded role.
Kapur will lead global marketing and customer experience initiatives, focusing on strengthening client relationships, supporting business growth and advancing experience-led engagement across the company’s international operations.
Before her promotion, Kapur served as Vice President – eXperience and Deal Marketing at HCLTech, where she led strategic deal marketing and global customer experience centres in India and the United States. During her more than 10 years with the company, she also held leadership positions including Associate Vice President – Strategic Deals Marketing, Associate Vice President – Center for Design and Experience, and Director – PlusOneDegree, the company’s internal marketing communications agency.
Prior to joining HCLTech, Kapur spent nearly 7 years at Wunderman International, serving as Associate Vice President – Client Services and India Business Lead for the Global Microsoft Account. She led integrated marketing initiatives and client engagement strategies for major brands across digital and traditional channels.
Earlier in her career, she worked with OgilvyOne and Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, gaining experience in integrated campaigns, customer engagement and brand strategy.
Kapur holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, specialising in Finance and Marketing, from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communication from MICA.
Her elevation marks another step in her leadership journey across marketing strategy, customer experience and business transformation at HCLTech.
