Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, capital projects, energy, finance, and strategic advisory. Before joining Baringa, she served as PwC Asia Pacific Infrastructure Leader and held several senior leadership positions at PwC Singapore, including Infrastructure Leader, Partner, and Managing Director. During her tenure, she led large-scale infrastructure advisory, capital projects, and strategic transformation initiatives across the region.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held leadership roles at Singtel, where she worked on major M&A and IPO transactions, including the NetLink NBN Trust IPO. She also held positions at PwC Singapore, SMRT Corporation Ltd, and Singapore Power Ltd, building extensive expertise in corporate finance, infrastructure development, capital markets, and strategic planning.
Alongside her corporate leadership responsibilities, Jennifer also serves as a Board Member at the Singapore Food Agency, adding strong governance and regional policy experience to her professional portfolio.
