In her new role, Clack will lead the company’s people strategy with a focus on fostering a culture of openness, collaboration and trust. Her priorities include strengthening cross-functional collaboration, preserving the human element in an increasingly AI-driven workplace, encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset, expanding Panasonic’s Basic Business Philosophy (BBP) training, simplifying processes and creating growth opportunities that enable employees to evolve alongside the business.
Before taking on the role of Chief People Officer, Clack served as Chief Audit & Risk Officer at Panasonic Europe for more than 5 years, leading the company’s audit and risk management functions across Europe.
Earlier, she spent nearly 13 years as Head of Internal Audit – Europe & CIS Regions at Panasonic Europe Ltd, overseeing internal audit operations across multiple markets. Before that, she served as Internal Audit Manager – UK at Panasonic UK, where she gained extensive experience in governance, compliance, audit and risk management.
Clack began her professional career at Grant Thornton UK LLP as Assistant Audit Manager, building a strong foundation in audit and financial assurance before joining Panasonic. Over the years, she has built a career spanning nearly 3 decades with the company, holding several leadership roles across governance, risk and audit.
Her appointment reflects Panasonic Europe’s commitment to combining strong leadership, deep organizational knowledge and governance expertise to strengthen its people strategy while supporting continued innovation and organizational transformation.
