In her new role, Shameena will lead strategic hiring initiatives across the region. Her focus will be on building scalable, data-driven recruitment frameworks and attracting high-quality talent aligned with business priorities. The move reflects Protiviti’s continued investment in strengthening its workforce to support growth in the Middle East.

Prior to this, Shameena served as Deputy Director at SenseTime MEA, where she supported the organisation’s regional expansion and contributed to AI-driven talent strategies.

Earlier, she spent over 8 years at Microsoft as Global Talent Acquisition Lead – EMEA. During this time, she led large-scale hiring across multiple geographies, built strong talent pipelines, and implemented advanced talent mapping strategies to support business transformation.

She also held leadership roles at Reed, where she served as Practice Head – IT, managing recruitment operations and driving growth in technology hiring.

Her earlier experience includes roles at Plus Point Management Consultants, 3FOLD TRAINING, and Bahwan CyberTek, where she built strong expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition operations.

With over 15 years of experience, Shameena brings deep expertise in global talent acquisition, workforce planning, and building high-performance hiring ecosystems.
