In this role, Annie will support a business that helps industries from refineries and distribution centres to retail environments, operate more safely and efficiently, while improving worker safety and advancing environmental and operational efficiency goals. The appointment highlights Honeywell’s continued focus on strengthening HR leadership across critical business segments.
Prior to this, Annie served at Honeywell as Vice President HR, Global Talent and Corporate Functions. She led a 100-person global HR organisation, supported a 15,000-employee corporate function, and also headed Talent Management, Talent Engagement, and Learning Centres of Expertise for the company’s 100,000-strong global workforce.
Earlier, as Vice President HR Services Global Operations, she led a 300-person team focused on optimising HR processes and services. Her work included reimagining HR delivery, automating administrative functions, managing vendors, and driving productivity and digital transformation.
Annie also held the role of Vice President Human Resources, partnering with senior leaders across functions such as legal, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, health and safety, global security, HR, and communications, while leading strategic HR initiatives.
Her broader career at Honeywell includes senior roles such as Senior HR Director and HR Director within the Aerospace business, where she supported global technology, finance, and IT teams, and led HR strategy across large, multi-site workforces. She also served as HR Director for Honeywell Building Solutions, driving HR priorities across global functions including legal, finance, marketing, sales, engineering, sourcing, procurement, and IT.
Earlier in her journey, Annie held roles including HR Director, Senior Manager – Technical Training, HR Manager, and Senior HR Generalist, building expertise across talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and global HR operations.
With over 18 years at Honeywell, Annie brings deep experience in talent strategy, HR transformation, and global operations. Her appointment underscores the company’s focus on aligning people strategy with business transformation across safety- and innovation-driven sectors.
