360 Bytes has appointed Gajendra (Saini) Singh as Head Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, bringing more than 27 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, organisational development and business transformation.
In his new role, Singh will focus on strengthening the HR ecosystem, building an agile talent acquisition framework, developing leadership capabilities and advancing employee engagement and scalable people practices.
Before joining 360 Bytes, Singh went through a planned career transition during which he worked with mid-sized and emerging businesses across the IT services, staffing, consulting and AI ecosystem. His work covered HR strategy, capability development, future-ready people practices, leadership and culture, policy and process improvement, DEI, impact sourcing and IPO readiness. He also supported growth initiatives and technology-sector client acquisition.
Earlier, Singh served as Executive Vice President – Human Resources at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he led a team of 29 HR professionals supporting engineering and outsourcing businesses with more than 2,500 employees across India. His responsibilities included talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, digital HR transformation, expatriate workforce strategy and cultural integration.
Singh previously spent more than 11 years with iSON Xperiences, holding senior HR leadership roles including Senior Vice President Human Resources & Global Lead Human Capital, Vice President Human Resources – Global Office, and Head Human Resources – India & ASEAN and Global Head Talent Acquisition.
During his time with iSON, he worked across India, Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Middle East and Africa, handling global talent acquisition, HR automation, organisational development, succession planning, employer branding, expatriate operations and human capital strategy.
Earlier, Singh served as General Manager Human Resources at Spanco BPO Services Ltd. and General Manager at Spice BPO Services Limited. His career also includes HR leadership assignments with TeleTech India, INOX Global Services Ltd. and Serco.
Singh began his career in 1998 as a Management Trainee at IVC India Limited before moving into dedicated HR roles.
At 360 Bytes, he plans to combine technology and data-driven insights with human-centric practices to support a future-ready and people-focused organisation.
