Wingify, the global technology company behind VWO and AB Tasty, has appointed Mehernaz Dalal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as it moves into its next phase of global growth.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of finance leadership experience, Dalal has worked with private equity-backed, listed and founder-led businesses across APAC, EMEA and North America.
Before joining Wingify, Mehernaz worked as an independent CFO and Strategic Advisor to CEOs and Boards. She partnered with leadership teams and investors on scaling private equity-backed and platform businesses across APAC.
Earlier, she spent more than 5 years with Dayforce as Regional CFO, APAC. She led financial strategy and operations for a $150 million regional P&L and managed a 60-member multidisciplinary finance organisation across high-growth markets.
During her time at Dayforce, Mehernaz also led the integration of 3 acquisitions with a combined value of $500 million across 14 countries.
Before Dayforce, she spent more than 6 years as Chief Financial Officer at Subex. She worked closely with the CEO on a major financial turnaround, including restructuring around $180 million in debt and helping the company move to a debt-free balance sheet.
Her leadership at Subex also focused on improving cash flow and implementing a unified global finance framework across international operations.
Mehernaz previously served as Head of Corporate Finance at Patni Computer Systems. She worked alongside the CFO on the company’s $1.2 billion acquisition by IGATE Corporation.
Her responsibilities included post-acquisition integration, financial controls and reporting, NYSE listing-related activities, SEC filings, SOX governance and subsequent delisting processes. She later served as Associate Vice President – Finance at Glodyne Technoserve.
Mehernaz began her career with C. C. Chokshi (Deloitte), where she completed her articleship. Her experience spans corporate finance, M&A, restructuring, financial transformation, governance and regional P&L leadership.
At Wingify, she will bring this cross-market experience to support the company’s financial strategy and next stage of international growth.
