Vivo teases India launch of X300 Ultra and X300 FE with advanced camera systems

In a move that signals its growing focus on the premium smartphone segment, Vivo has confirmed the upcoming India launch of its latest flagship devices, the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE.

Dedicated microsites for both smartphones are now live on the company’s India website, along with a Flipkart landing page, confirming their availability in the country. The design of both models matches their previously launched global variants.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to stand out with a circular rear camera module and support for Vivo’s external telephoto converter kit. Both the Ultra and FE models will feature Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera systems, enhancing imaging capabilities. While the Ultra variant adopts a round camera design, the X300 FE comes with a horizontal pill-shaped camera island and will be available in at least a green colour option.

The Vivo X300 Ultra was earlier launched in China on March 30 at a starting price of CNY 6,999 (approximately Rs. 95,900) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Other configurations include 12GB + 512GB at CNY 7,499 (approximately Rs. 1,02,700), 16GB + 512GB at CNY 7,999 (approximately Rs. 1,09,600), and 16GB + 1TB at CNY 8,999 (approximately Rs. 1,23,300). The device is powered by a 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and is backed by a 6,600mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 FE debuted in Russia on March 4, priced at RUB 60,124 (approximately Rs. 71,000) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. It runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and houses a 6,500mAh battery.

With both models bringing high-end specifications and advanced camera capabilities, Vivo is positioning the X300 series as a strong contender in India’s flagship smartphone market.
