Vallabhi Capital (P) Ltd. has appointed CA Vidit Kapoor as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its technology-driven lending business.
In his new role, Vidit will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance, capital management, and business planning. He will also oversee financial planning and analysis, treasury, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, capital allocation, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making to support Vallabhi Capital’s mission of delivering customer-centric financial solutions for India’s MSME ecosystem.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Vidit brings extensive expertise in strategic finance, financial governance, business transformation, enterprise controllership, and corporate compliance.
Before joining Vallabhi Capital Pvt. Ltd., Vidit spent more than 9 years with Teva Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director – Finance. There, he led finance operations supporting API manufacturing, formulation manufacturing, and research and development operations across India. He played a key role in financial strategy, business partnering, governance, compliance, budgeting, financial planning, operational performance, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
Earlier, he served as Senior Manager – Finance at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he managed regional profit and loss operations and financial controllership for Integrated Facilities Management across North and East India. His responsibilities included financial oversight, business performance, procurement governance, operational finance, and strategic decision support.
Prior to JLL, Vidit spent nearly 6 years with TMF Group as Manager, overseeing end-to-end finance operations for multinational companies operating in India. His work covered financial reporting, statutory compliance, corporate governance, accounting, taxation, and finance process management, giving him broad experience in managing complex financial operations across multiple industries.
With a career spanning pharmaceuticals, real estate services, multinational business advisory, and financial services, CA Vidit Kapoor has built strong expertise in strategic finance, enterprise controllership, governance, compliance, business transformation, and operational excellence. His appointment reflects Vallabhi Capital Pvt. Ltd.’s continued focus on strengthening its financial leadership as it scales its technology-enabled lending platform and delivers innovative financing solutions to businesses and individuals across India.
