With more than 10 years of experience across leading hospitality brands, Raja brings strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, workforce management, and hospitality people strategy. His appointment strengthens Taj Hotels’ HR leadership as the company continues expanding its hospitality operations.
Before joining Taj Hotels, Raja served as Human Resources Manager at Hyatt, where he worked across Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa and Hyatt Place Vadodara. During his tenure, he focused on HR operations, employee engagement, compensation management, benefits administration, and hospitality workforce development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Raja held HR leadership roles at several major hospitality brands including Marriott International, Radisson Blu, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Avadh Utopia, Royal Orchid Hotels, Lords Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Across these organizations, he developed extensive experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, leave administration, HR systems, employee engagement, and large-scale hotel workforce operations.
With his broad hospitality HR experience and operational leadership capabilities, Raja’s appointment is expected to support Taj Hotels’ people strategy and pre-opening workforce initiatives across upcoming hospitality projects.
