Sweta brings more than 13 years of experience across human resources, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has focused on building people-centric strategies, enhancing employee experiences and driving initiatives that support leadership development and business growth.
Since joining PepsiCo in 2020, Sweta has held multiple leadership roles within the Talent Management function. She progressed from Manager – Talent Management HR to Senior Manager – Talent Management HR, and later to Executive Manager – Talent Management HR. Across these roles, she has played an important role in strengthening leadership pipelines, shaping talent strategies and supporting global talent initiatives aligned with the company’s business priorities.
Before joining PepsiCo, Sweta spent nearly 8 years at Deloitte, where she built extensive experience across HR engagement, HR operations, employee relations and US HR generalist functions. During her tenure, she led employee-focused initiatives and managed complex HR programs, further strengthening her expertise in people management and organizational development.
Her elevation reflects PepsiCo’s continued investment in developing strong people leaders and advancing its global talent strategy through leadership development and innovative talent management practices.
