With more than 20 years of experience across global operations, shared services, GCC strategy, and business transformation, Sudhir is widely recognized for driving enterprise innovation and operational excellence at scale.
Before joining Adani Group, Sudhir worked as External Senior Advisor for GCC at McKinsey & Company. In this role, he advised multinational organizations on building and scaling next-generation Global Capability Centers, with a strong emphasis on AI-led transformation, talent strategy, and technology-driven operational models.
He also served as Chairperson of the Board at Giftt Consulting, where his work focused on talent transformation and developing human potential in an AI-driven business landscape.
Earlier, Sudhir held the position of Chief Operating Officer at FourthSquare, leading global functions and delivery centers while driving operational efficiency, customer experience, innovation, and business value creation.
His leadership journey also includes a notable 7-year tenure at Boston Scientific as Senior Director Global Business Services & Chief Transformation Leader – APAC. During this period, he played an important role in regional transformation, enterprise optimization, and shared services growth.
Over the years, Sudhir has also taken on senior global leadership roles at Solenis, EY, HSBC, Max New York Life Insurance, Capital One, and American Express, contributing across finance, operations, business excellence, and large-scale organizational development.
His appointment is expected to play a key role in Adani Group’s larger enterprise transformation strategy, with a focus on strengthening GCC capabilities, AI-led workforce transformation, and operational innovation.
