Stripe has appointed Hina Patel as its Global Head of Industry GTM, bringing more than 2 decades of experience in growth strategy, go-to-market leadership, industry transformation, cloud adoption, strategic alliances, sales management and business development.
Before joining Stripe, Patel spent more than 23 years at Microsoft, most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer. In this position, she led growth initiatives across key industry segments, including healthcare, education, and state and local government. Her work focused on identifying new growth opportunities, scaling go-to-market solutions and driving organisational transformation.
Earlier, Patel served as Chief Operating Officer – Strategy & Business Management, Healthcare at Microsoft, overseeing strategic planning and business management across its global healthcare operations.
Her career at Microsoft also included leadership responsibilities across public sector sales in Central and Eastern Europe, IoT business development across EMEA, strategic alliances with global systems integrators and enterprise account management in capital markets.
Beyond her corporate experience, Patel worked as an independent real estate developer in London. She also held the position of EMEA Business Manager – Dotcom Business Unit at Hewlett-Packard, where she handled go-to-market assessments and strategic alliance management.
Alongside her professional career, Patel serves as a Board Member at Northwest Kidney Centers.
In her new role at Stripe, she brings extensive experience in developing industry-led growth strategies, expanding enterprise businesses and building go-to-market models across complex global markets.
