In a move to support advertisers of all sizes, Spotify has introduced a self-serve advertising platform in India, making campaign creation more accessible and cost-effective.
Spotify has rolled out its Ads Manager platform in India, allowing businesses, startups, and small brands to run ad campaigns without relying on agencies. The tool was first introduced in select global markets in July 2024 and is designed to help users create audio and video ads directly on the platform.
New features improve ad targeting and flexibility
Ads Manager is an upgraded version of Spotify Ad Studio, offering advanced features such as behaviour-based and demographic targeting. These tools enable advertisers to reach specific audiences more effectively.
Users can either use Spotify’s built-in creative tools or upload their own ad content. The platform also offers flexible payment options, including credit cards, prepaid methods, and invoicing for ad credits.
Focus on easy access and global reach
Arjun Kolady from Spotify India highlighted the platform’s goal, saying it is aimed at helping brands and creators connect with listeners worldwide without a complicated setup process.
