Fresh leaks suggest Samsung could increase the pricing of its upcoming Galaxy A27 smartphone in Europe compared to the previous Galaxy A26 model. The latest development comes after the device recently appeared on multiple certification platforms, indicating that its official launch may not be far away.
According to a tipster, the Galaxy A27 could arrive with a starting price of EUR 349 (around Rs. 38,500) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The higher-end 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model is expected to be priced at EUR 439 (around Rs. 48,400).
If these figures are accurate, the base model would see a price increase of EUR 50 (around Rs. 5,500), while the top variant could cost EUR 70 (around Rs. 7,700) more than the Galaxy A26, which launched at EUR 299 and EUR 369 respectively.
On the specifications front, the Galaxy A27 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display and could be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. The smartphone is also tipped to include a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, it may offer a 12MP front camera.
The device is also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
Recent certification listings have further confirmed the existence of the handset, although they did not reveal additional specifications. Earlier leaks showcased the device in a Mint colour option and suggested that Samsung will continue with its familiar Galaxy A-series design, featuring a flat display, vertically aligned rear cameras, and slim bezels.
Samsung has not officially announced the Galaxy A27 or shared its launch timeline. However, recent leaks and certifications indicate that the smartphone could make its debut across multiple markets soon.
