In her new role, Sanjukta will build and lead a team of strategic and technical advisors focused on helping enterprise customers maximize their Agentforce investments. She will work at the intersection of business outcomes, platform expertise, and agentic AI, supporting customers in designing and deploying intelligent agents that deliver measurable business impact.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Sanjukta served as Director – Solution Engineering (APAC & MEA) at Freshworks. There, she led a distributed solutions engineering team across India, APAC, MEA, Japan, and Korea. She managed a regional revenue bookings portfolio spanning new business, enterprise adoption, expansion, and retention, while also driving AI-led revenue growth, partner enablement, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption initiatives.

Earlier at Freshworks, she held leadership positions including Senior Manager – Expansion Solution Engineering (APMEA) and Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (India & SAARC). In these roles, she led teams focused on customer expansion, retention, platform adoption, value realization, and regional solution engineering support.

Before Freshworks, Sanjukta worked at HighRadius as Associate Director – Solutions Engineering, where she led the global Partner Solutions Advisor team. Her responsibilities included technical enablement, partner success, business growth, strategic planning, and solution engineering capability development.

She also held leadership roles at Whatfix as Senior Manager – Partner/Sales Solutions and Manager – Sales Engineering, building and leading solutions teams supporting partner and enterprise sales ecosystems. At Kore.ai, she served as Manager – Solution Engineering, supporting enterprise sales and partner engagements across APAC and EMEA for AI chatbot platform solutions.

Earlier in her career, Sanjukta worked with Replicon, Expertus, and FusionCharts in technical sales and solutions-focused roles, developing expertise in pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, product training, customer engagement, and enterprise solutioning.

With extensive experience across solution engineering, AI-driven transformation, partner success, enterprise sales enablement, customer engagement, and technical advisory services, Jaiswal is expected to play an important role in strengthening Salesforce’s regional success architecture and accelerating Agentforce adoption across enterprise customers.
