Rajeev currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at L&T Technology Services, a role he has held since 2020, where he oversees financial strategy and operations.
Before joining LTTS, he was Chief Financial Officer at Birlasoft, leading finance strategy and governance. Prior to that, he served as Finance Director – India at JLT Group, where he held overall finance responsibility and was a member of the Board and Audit Risk Committee for JLT India.
Earlier in his career, Rajeev held senior finance leadership roles at Amazon, InterGlobe Technologies, and Capgemini. Across these roles, he managed large-scale finance operations, business growth, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, systems integration, and international expansion initiatives.
His early career includes experience with Enron, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Shailesh Kamdar & Co., where he built strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, US GAAP consulting, taxation, and corporate governance.
With deep experience across finance leadership and governance, Rajeev brings strong expertise to his expanded role on the board.
