In her new role, Mathur will lead industry and service line marketing on a global scale. Her focus will include demand generation, account-based marketing, and strengthening partner and ecosystem engagement. This will also involve leveraging synergies within the Hitachi ecosystem to drive pipeline growth and revenue across markets.

Mathur brings over 19 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and communications. She joined GlobalLogic in 2023 as Director – Marketing (APAC), where she played a key role in aligning marketing with business goals, improving customer engagement, and advancing the company’s AI narrative across platforms.

Before joining GlobalLogic, Mathur spent over 10 years at EY, leading marketing initiatives for Private Equity and M&A businesses in complex global environments. Earlier in her career, she also worked with Aon and QAI.

Her elevation highlights GlobalLogic’s focus on building strong global leadership from India while strengthening its position as an AI-driven, engineering-led organisation.
