In his new role, Indranil will oversee operations across India and the Asia Pacific region, focusing on commercial growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Mukherjee brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the medical technology industry, with expertise in business transformation, growth strategy, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives aimed at expanding market presence and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Poly Medicure, he served as Group Chief Executive Officer at Translumina Therapeutics, where he was responsible for driving the company’s business strategy and growth agenda.
He has also held leadership and board-level positions with the Medical Technology Association of India (MTaI) and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, contributing to industry development and strengthening collaboration within the medical technology ecosystem.
Earlier in his career, Indranil Mukherjee spent more than 2 decades with B. Braun Group, holding several senior leadership roles across India, Germany, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, and the broader Asia Pacific region. His responsibilities included Managing Director, Regional Head – Hospital Care Asia Pacific, Country Manager, Global Sales Manager – Critical Care, and multiple business development and product leadership positions.
In addition, he served as Chairman of the Healthcare Sector at the European Business Group India, further expanding his experience across healthcare, medical devices, and international business operations.
With his extensive industry expertise and leadership background, Mukherjee is expected to play a key role in strengthening Poly Medicure’s regional presence and supporting its long-term growth objectives across India and Asia Pacific.
